As a result, she informed her followers that she is currently unable to send or receive calls and SMS messages. Moozlie assured her fans that her team is actively addressing the issue and working towards a swift resolution.

In light of the hacking incident, Moozlie provided an alternative contact method for those needing to reach her, directing them to contact her assistant, Musa. She also took the opportunity to warn her followers against responding to any requests for money that may come from her compromised phone number, emphasizing that such requests are not genuine.
